Jill was born and raised in Africa where she experienced many of the wonderful opportunities Africa has to offer. She and her family moved to New Zealand in 1998 and are now living by the coast in New Plymouth Taranaki.

Jill started painting full time in 2004 and her work is now in corporate and private collections in Europe, United States, Great Britain, Africa and Australia.

Jill also exhibits at various galleries and exhibitions around New Zealand.

Resident Artist at 2006/07/08 New Zealand Affordable Art Show

Two of Jill's works were selected to be exhibited in Elton John's dressing room on his recent New Zealand tour.

Jill has just been invited by the Internal Committee to exhibit at the International Biennale of Contemporary Art 2009, Florence Italy.

Jill's inspiration comes from her memories and experiences both here and overseas.
